Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Fragrances that have been opened or used
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges 

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
